Peach Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  • ⅓ C frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1 large peach or about 5 slices of frozen peaches
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk (such as So Delicious Dairy Free)
  • 12 ice cubes
  • ½ to 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (depending on your tastes)
  • Toppings - I used Gluten Free granola, blueberries and pumpkin seeds
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine peaches, bananas, blueberries, ice, protein powder, and coconut milk. Process on high until completely smooth. Smoothie should be really thick. You may have to stop the blender and scrape the sides down with a spatula and then do a little more blending. Pour into a bowl when finished, and top with coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, granola, or topping of your choice. Enjoy!
  2. *If your smoothie is too thick, add a tiny, tiny bit more milk, and if it is too thin, add some extra ice or fruit.
