A simple way to prepare a crowd pleasing side dish.

Ingredients
1 Large bunch or green or purple kale
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 T olive oil
½ t pink or sea salt
1 C water
Instructions
Wash and prepare kale by removing the tough, bottom part of the stems, and cut the leaves into bite sized pieces. In a large skillet (with lid), heat 1 T of oil, and chopped garlic, for about 1 minutes. Add kale, salt and water. Stir and then cook covered until kale is crisp tender, about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
