Banana Date Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 3 large Medjool Dates, pitted (you can use other varieties too - if they are smaller, you might want to add more)
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 C unsweetened vanilla coconut milk - not canned (or other non-dairy milk)
  • 1 scoop (about 2 T) vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 12-18 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on smoothie (or high) setting for a couple of minutes, or until only small pieces of dates are visible.
